Our Development Process

Contact us to speak to a member of our team for an initial consultation and free site appraisal over the phone. If deemed viable, we will visit your land for an appraisal and understand your expectations.

Identify potential buyers

Tapping into our network and database, we will identify suitable buyers interested in land with planning permission. We will then present multiple offers to you and handle negotiations on your behalf to maximise your land’s value.

Legal agreement

The developer you choose will then send you a legally binding agreement such as option, promotional or subject to planning. Once the contract is signed, the chosen developer will begin working on their planning application.

Progressing the sale to completion

In the fifth and final stage, we will progress the sale by liaising with all parties involved, including but not limited to builders, planning consultants, solicitors and architects. We will ensure that the transaction runs smoothly and efficiently, keeping you informed at every step.
