Why rent if you can afford to buy?

Why rent if you can afford to buy? With the Government’s Help to Buy scheme getting on to the property ladder is much easier than you think without being hindered by the need for a large deposit. It is available for first-time buyers as well as existing homeowners as long as they don’t own another property when they complete the transaction to purchase a brand-new apartment.

The 14 one and two-bedroom apartments at Network House in Bridge Street have been thoughtfully designed for contemporary city living and are available to purchase with the Help to Buy scheme. The development is perfectly positioned in the centre of High Wycombe just a few seconds away from Eden Shopping Centre boasting over 100 shops, a wide variety of restaurants, a 12-screen Cineworld, Anytime Fitness gym, library and a bowling alley.

High Wycombe is a remarkably well-connected town and is fast becoming a hotspot for commuters. The development is just a few minutes’ drive from the M40 making it easily accessible to the M25, Central London and London Heathrow airport, and High Wycombe railway station is 0.5 miles away offering direct services in to London within half an hour.

Network House offers a superb level of specification, featuring contemporary designer kitchens with integrated Hoover appliances including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric hob. The bathrooms boast wall to ceiling ceramic tiling, mood lighting and white Roca sanitary ware. All the apartments have been fitted with a fire misting system throughout and high quality double glazed PVC acoustic glass windows, perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. The apartments are arranged from ground floor to second floor equipped with modern conveniences, a lift and secure gated parking with a video entry phone system. The properties come with a 10 year Premier building warranty.

One-bedroom apartments start at £205,000 and two bedrooms from £270,000 with an expertly designed show apartment to view. With Help to Buy, you can buy a new one-bedroom apartment at Network House with just a 5% deposit (£10,250). The Government lends you up to 20% of the cost of your newly built home, so you’ll only need a 5% cash deposit and a 75% mortgage to make up the rest.
