Seymours hailed best estate agent in the UK at British Property Award 2016

Seymours Estate Agents was named best regional estate agent and best estate agent in the South at the British Property Awards on Friday (September 9th), beating stiff competition from rivals across the country. 

Created by a team of former estate agency owners, the British Property Awards independently assess service levels at estate agencies across the country. Agencies are judged on a town-by-town basis against a set of 25 criteria and over a period of months, to ensure only those who consistently meet a certain standard are awarded an accolade.

At the awards ceremony, held at the Banqueting Hall in London and hosted by Homes Under The Hammer presenter Martin Roberts, Seymours’ picked up the Gold Award for Best Overall Regional Estate Agent, as well as the Grand Prix award for Best Estate Agent in the South.

Seymours, which has 17 offices across Surrey, was praised by the judges for its “impeccable” customer service which included answering every telephone call in under two rings and with a kind and courteous telephone manner.
