The prestigious Estate Agency Member of the Year Award was presented to Seymours for the second consecutive year at the 2015 Awards Ceremony of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents.

Paul Rickard and Richard Stovold, partners at the Guildford and Burpham offices, accepted the Award for the South East Home Counties Region at the Millennium Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London, in front of an audience of over 350 fellow Guild members.

On collecting the Award Richard Stovold comments: “Winning an award like this once is an accolade, however to win it twice in two years is a fantastic achievement. The Guild of Professional Estate Agents is an important organisation with one clear objective; to deliver estate agency to the highest possible standards and ensure that all its members share that vision. We’re delighted to be associated with the Guild and to be recognised by its panel for delivering a premium property marketing service county-wide.”

The Award was presented to Seymours for upholding excellence across the estate agency industry, demonstrating a commitment to continual professional development and executing strategic and targeted marketing campaigns throughout Surrey.

The Guild appoints only one estate agent for each town, which means that in each of the areas where Seymours has a presence, The Guild has identified them as the best.

Marcus Whewell, CEO of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents presented Seymours with the Award. On their success he adds: “It is my honour and privilege to be able to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our member agents, who are great ambassadors for The Guild and the industry.  The quality of award entries this year was the highest ever, indicating how our organisation is moving forward and assisting its agents to give a truly outstanding service to the public. My sincere congratulations go to Seymours who should be very proud of winning this hard-fought and prestigious award.”
