Former Burns and Webber Manager, Ian Bond, has joined Seymours in Godalming as Partner.
Ian will share responsibility for the sales office with fellow Director Stewart Palmer and work alongside Nick Lees, who heads up the lettings office.
With almost 20 years experience as an estate agent Ian began his career in 1996 as Sales Negotiator for Castle Wildish in Hersham. He then joined Gascoigne Pees in Walton on Thames as Senior Negotiator before his appointment to the role of sales manager at Curchods in Woking.
Ian has spent the last seven years heading up the Guildford office of Burns and Webber.
On his new directorship Ian comments: “Having worked at every end of the estate agency spectrum the natural step was to either launch my own agency or build on the success of an existing, reputable brand, as director. Seymours is an award-winning property marketing brand that has carved a solid reputation since it first opened its doors in 1992. It also has huge potential and I’m delighted to now be a part of its growth plans and be able to contribute to its future successes.”
Stewart Palmer adds: “Ian is a consummate professional with proven experience of not only delivering a first-class estate agency service but also growing businesses. We’re really pleased to have him on board and are confident that his joining will help pave the way for the next phase of growth for Seymours in Godalming.”
