·       The campaign closes at midnight 30th October. Any nominations made after the deadline will not be counted.


·       The winning charity will be notified by 30th November 2015.


·       Only one nomination per entry will be considered. Multiple entries by the same person will be removed.


·       The campaign relates to the donation of all funds raised by Seymours’ network of offices from 1st January until 31st December 2015 – with the exception of The Seymours Relay 2015, which is a standalone campaign and the result of a three year partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support. Funds raised as part of The Seymours Relay 2015 will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.


·       Only charities that are located in West Surrey will be considered as part of the campaign. Other UK charities, which may have, for example, been nominated as the result of social media coverage that has reached an audience outside of Surrey, will not be considered.


·       No alternative will be offered as part of the winning prize.


·       The final decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


·       The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual or charity and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.


·       Seymours reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the campaign at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the campaign.


·       The winning charity will be required to take part in a photocall for external use including, but not limited to, use on the website and submission to the local media.


·       The winning charity will be presented with the donation in January 2016.
