West Surrey’s independent estate agent, Seymours, has committed to helping homeowners throughout Surrey get their garden in shape this Spring – by offering a free garden makeover throughout March and April*.

If those looking to sell their property for Spring instruct Seymours from 1 March until 30 April the award-winning estate agent will pay for a gardener to get their garden in shape before it goes on the market.

Max Chapman, Director at Seymours in Worplesdon, comments: “Not only does a clean and tidy garden help sell a property but it also takes the pressure off those who are selling. It’s a small gesture but one that we hope will make the process of selling a property even more straightforward. In an increasingly competitive environment businesses need to provide as much value as possible and estate agency is no exception.”

The campaign is one of several innovative campaigns that Seymours will launch throughout 2013 as part of its 21st birthday celebrations. Founded in 1992, Seymours now has a network of 14 owner-run offices throughout Surrey.
