Fri 31 Oct 2014
Seymours Independent Estate Agents has launched a children’s art competition for Easter and is calling all budding young artists throughout the county to enter.
The estate agent’s entire Surrey network of 14 offices is encouraging youngsters to draw an Easter-themed picture on A4 paper and hand it in to their local Seymours office, accompanied by an adult, leaving a contact name, age and telephone number.
Every entrant will receive a chocolate egg in return for their artwork whilst three winners, as judged by the directors of each office, will each win a large Easter egg in time for Easter weekend.
On launching the competition Ben Conquer of Seymours in Ripley comments: “As with most businesses, the key focus for any promotion is often sales however with our Easter children’s art competition we’ve decided to completely strip that away and make it all about fun and appealing to the creative side of children. We’re looking forward to receiving the entries from children of all ages and who knows, we may even spot the next Damien Hirst!”
Entrants can hand their artwork in to their local office throughout March and the first week of April. The three winners from each office will be notified by midday on 11 April.
