One Surrey estate agent has gone to the top of the class following its decision to donate £250 from the fee of every sale to its vendors’ child’s school.
Seymours Independent Estate Agents has launched the three-week campaign to coincide with the start of the new school term. All homeowners who instruct Seymours between 1 – 22 September will qualify for the offer.
The offer is open to parents, grandparents and even those without children. Vendors who wish to support their local school but do not currently have children in education can take advantage of the offer by nominating a school of their choice.
On the campaign Lloyd Moss, Partner of Seymours in Horsell, comments: “With our ‘Back to School’ campaign we’re trying to create a win-win situation by encouraging parents of children throughout Woking and the surrounding villages to choose Seymours whilst at the same time helping to invest in schools throughout the areas we’ve served for many years. Schools across the region are increasingly expected to do a lot more with a lot less, which is why our latest promotion will hopefully be welcomed by those looking to invest in new equipment and services for their pupils.”
The move follows a series of community-focussed campaigns by the 14-strong office network over the last 12 months, which has seen children throughout Surrey asked to design Easter-themed artwork in return for chocolate eggs and over £18,000 raised for Macmillan Cancer Support.
