Seymours scoops top property award

Seymours, West Surrey’s network of independent estate agents, has struck gold at the West Surrey Property Awards 2013 for the third consecutive year in a row.

BBC’s Breakfast presenter, Bill Turnbull, presented the estate agency, which first opened its doors in 1992, with the Award for Best Marketing & Presentation at a ceremony that attracted over 2,000 nominations and was attended by over 300 of Surrey’s finest property professionals.

The award follows Seymours’ success in 2012 and 2011 when it scooped the Award for Best Multi-Branch Estate Agency and the Award for Best Medium Estate Agent respectively.

Unique in that rather than being voted for and judged by industry professionals, the companies listed on the Surrey Property Awards’ website can only be voted for by those who have recently used their services.

On Seymours’ hat trick Paul Rickard, Director at Seymours in Guildford, comments:“Estate agents are property marketeers. This is what lies at the very heart of our profession. To have won the Award for Best Marketing and Presentation is possibly one of Seymours’ best accolades to date and clearly demonstrates to the Surrey community that after being in the business for over two decades we are still at the top of our game.

“All the Seymours partners are delighted to have been recognised for their creative approach to estate agency and their ability to consistently deliver fun and engaging campaigns. We look forward to continue building on this in 2014 and would like to thank our clients for their support over the last twelve months.”
