How soon can I view a property?

Once you have registered your details with us and we have an available appointment.

What will I have to pay?

As part of a tenancy agreement you will be required to pay an administration fee which includes, a reference fee per person, a tenancy agreement fee, and if required a guarantor referencing fee. Before you move in you will need to provide one month’s rent and the equivalent of 6 weeks rent for the deposit. Please contact the relevant branch for more information on administration fee’s.

What happens to my deposit?

The deposit is registered with a tenancy deposit scheme and held by us, which generally means that the deposit is released as quickly as possible at the end of the tenancy.

How soon can I move in?

The referencing process usually takes up to one week and we would aim to have the tenant in within two weeks, providing that the property is vacant. 

How will I be referenced?

We use a professional referencing company. You will need to provide proof of income, proof of identification, proof of address and complete an initial referencing form. All documents are stored securely in line with the data protection act.
