How much will it cost to let my property?

Energy Performance Certificate and a valid annual gas safety certificate'. An EPC measures the energy efficiency of a property using a Scale of A (the most efficient) to G (the least efficient). It is a legal requirement for Landlords to have a valid EPC before their property is let. The certificate is valid for 10 years. Any property with a gas boiler ir gas appliance must have an annual gas safety inspection carried out and certified by a Gas Safe Engineer.

Are there any additional marketing costs?

No.

Who will conduct the viewings and when will they take place?

We will accompany all viewings and they will take place at a time convenient to both you and the prospective tenant.

Will I need to be present for viewings?

No. In fact, we would recommend that the owners aren't present so that those viewing the property feel relaxed and at ease when asking questions.

How much is the deposit and where is it held?

The value of the Tenants' deposit is the equivalent to 6 weeks' rent and is payable before the tenancy starts. The deposit is then registered with the Government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme and held by Seymours Lettings and Management Services.

How will I collect my rent?

You will be paid monthly via BACS.
