Seymours opened for business in Ripley, Surrey as an independent estate agency in January 1992 growing into a network of branches located within and specialising in the West Surrey area. There are now seven branches of Seymours estate agents representing properties for sale across Surrey having three new branches located in Woking, Addlestone and Godalming established in 2006. The Seymours Letting agency dealing with property rentals and property management is based in Guildford.
