The Seymours Woking office has been operating since 2003 and, according to independent results from the The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, it is the market leader in the town.

The area covered for residential sales and lettings takes in Woking itself and areas within a two mile radius like Pirbright, Goldsworth Park and Mayford.

One of the office’s founding partners is Franco Orlando, who was born in the town and has lived there all his life.

“I’m passionate about the job and as passionate about property as I was the day I started twenty five years ago,” he says. “We’re a very diverse agent and are as comfortable selling a one bedroom apartment to a six bedroom house set in ten acres.

“What is important to me is to provide service of the highest quality and be the best at what we do, which is residential sales.”

Fellow founding partner is John Ferrucci, who has been an estate agent for twenty three years and was born in Surrey.

Seymours Woking is very involved in the local community and sponsors Woking Football Club, Woking Boys and Girls FC, St John Baptist School fetes and Horsell Village School events.
