Ian Campbell, the resident partner at Seymours Chobham, opened the office in April 2010 after working locally for a number of years. He therefore has a deep feel for the local market and the surrounding area, and will always advise on the most realistic price your home might achieve. That is why business has built briskly at Chobham and defied the recession by opening during a challenging time and thriving.
Ian’s expertise and practical approach to property is recognised by the media and has seen him contribute regularly to the Woking News & Mail where he has written on the market in West Surrey and given tips on maximising your chances of selling well.
Ian Campbell lives locally and the Chobham office deals in all aspects of property: selling, buying, renting and investing.
Following the philosophy of all 9 Seymours offices in Surrey, his mantra is service, service, service and he says: “The biggest buzz I get is from the thank you letters from happy vendors after we’ve helped them sell their house.
“Also from the word of mouth referrals which result from giving good honest advice and the best service we can.”
Seymours Chobham is also very involved in the community and in 2010 sponsored the Chobham Rugby Club, the village Carnival and donated prizes to the Chobham Village Show.

A second partner in the Chobham office is Franco Orlando, who was born in Woking and has lived there all his life.
“I’m passionate about the job and as passionate about property as I was the day I started 25 years ago,” he says. “We’re a very diverse agent and are as comfortable selling a one bedroom apartment to a 6 bedroom house set in 10 acres.
“What is important to me is to provide service of the highest quality and be the best at what we do, which is residential sales.”
Franco lives locally, is married with three children and his interests include playing football and working out in the gym twice a week.
A third partner is John Ferrucci, who has been an estate agent for 23 years and was born in Surrey. “The biggest buzz I get from working at Seymours here in Woking is living up to client expectations and even exceeding them. I still get a thrill when they send a box of chocolates or flowers to say thank you!”
John lives locally and his three children go to the village school in Horsell. His interests include sport and football in particular where he is a Liverpool supporter.
